This massage uses more oil then traditional Thai massage but allows the therapist to work deeper into the muscles. By using traditional Swedish massage techniques the therapist will ease away tension within the body.

Depending on the masseuse a combination of strokes to the muscles and surrounding tissues can be used which include sliding, kneading, tapping, vibration and friction; the most commonly used and very relaxing sliding strokes. 

 

Massage is beneficial to help return blood flow to the heart increasing oxygen levels in the blood and improving circulation and getting rid of toxins. It also helps to improve flexibility and reduce tension.
